Trip to China - Day 2

I woke up around 8 am, remembered that I hadn't take a bath the nite before *ooops* :D then I rushed to the bathroom & took a bath.. We had appointment with my brother's girlfriend at 10am.. She promised to take us around Hangzhou..

But before she came we decided to take a walk around the hotel.. Found out what did we have around the hotel.. We walked & walked till we entered the Fish Pond in the South West side of West Lake.. The park was so beautiful, full of greenery view & of course the lake..

Since we were so hungry, we bought steamed fried tofu, steamed black corn & pork sausage.. It was sooo yummy.. Nyum nyum nyum.. Btw, I haven't tell u how was the weather there.. It was cold but that morning still okay for me to use short pants & didn't put my jacket on..

The time was ticking & it was almost 10am already.. It was time to go back to the hotel & met my brother's girlfriend.. She was already at the hotel.. She brought us eggtart & it was delicious.. Yummy!! *big grin*

You know what she asked us to bring from Jakarta?!? Yeah, you're rite.. Indomie!! Hahaha.. Indonesian ppl definitely can't stay away from indomie for too long..

Then, we went out for lunch.. Near the hotel, there's a famous restaurant called Lu Cha (Green Tea).. When we arrived there, exactly on lunch time.. So we had to wait for 2 hours to get a seat.. They separated the queue into 3 types, ie: 1-2 persons, 3-4 persons & >=5 persons..

Thank God we waited 2 hrs for something really really delicious.. We ordered several dishes, but for me the signature are green tea roasted pork & crispy green tea cake.. It's heaven!!

After lunch, we went back to the hotel to grab things, then off to the other side of West Lake.. We walked around the lake.. We saw the Broken Bridge, as told in the White Snake Legend..

We climbed the stairs to see Baochu Pagoda.. From up there we can see West lake.. It was a beautiful night view..

For dinner, we went to Hubin Rd.. After searching around, we decided to have dinner at Kung Fu.. It's a fast food chain, they serve like a ricebowl dishes.. We ordered 3 different dishes so we can try more.. Hahaha.. All of them are delicious..

The day was getting late and my brother's girlfriend had a class on the next morning, so we had to end the journey.. We took a cab, went to her dormitory & went back to our hotel..

Trip to China - Day 1

Finally the day arrived!! This was my 1st trip to my ancestor's land, China.. For this trip, we chose Hangzhou, Shanghai & Nanjing as our destination.. Why we chose these city? Simply because we had friends & cousin in the city, since we had problem with the language.. Hahaha..

We chose AirAsia as our carrier coz we had been flying with them several times & we had no problem.. We bought the tickets bout 6 months earlier.. Based on their route, we had to transit in LCCT, Malaysia, before we landed in Hangzhou.. But we chose the wrong flight from KL to Hangzhou, so we were stranded in LCCT for 6 hours, without being able to get out the waiting room.. Felt like Tom Hanks in "The Terminal" only LCCT not too big & don't have stores to visit.. Huaaaaa.. 😭😭😭

After 6-hour of waiting, finally we took off from KL to Hangzhou.. The flight took 5 hours.. We slept all the way.. Hahaha..

We landed at Hangzhou International Airport around 10pm.. Since we hadn't took our dinner, so we bought KFC before we went to the hotel..

The funny thing is when we picked a taxi, we didn't know if there were a taxi queuing in front of us, so we just took a nearby taxi.. Hahaha.. So Indonesian, huh? When we got in the cab, we showed the name of the hotel in mandarin letters, since he couldn't speak English.. We stayed at Zhejiang Hotel.. Nice hotel but still language was a problem for us..

We fell asleep rite after we had our dinner.. 💤💤💤

Dunia Kita

Selama hidupku, sedari aku kecil, aku hidup di dalam dunia yang sederhana alias gak neko-neko.. Orang-orang, keluarga & teman-teman, yang ada di sekitar aku pun apa adanya.. Kita berhubungan juga karena kita memang ingin berteman, tanpa ada embel-embel yang lain..
Tapi belakangan ini, di lingkungan yang aku masuki, aku menemukan banyak hal-hal yang baru, yang tidak pernah aku temukan sebelumnya.. Dimana di sana banyak kepura-puraan dan, menurut aku, ketidaktulusan..
Juga banyak orang yang menghalalkan segala cara untuk mendapatkan apa yang mereka inginkan.. I really mean "segala cara" dengan mengambil jalan pintas, tanpa mau bekerja keras untuk itu.. Dan banyak kasus juga karena mereka iri dengan sesamanya..
Kenapa aku bisa bilang seperti ini? Karena hal ini terjadi sama 2 orang terdekat aku.. Yang satu "dikerjain" sama anak buahnya, sementara yang satunya lagi "dikerjain" sama keluarganya..
Selama ini aku berpikir yang seperti ini hanya ada di sinetron aja.. But it happens in real world.. Am I too naive all of these time? Like what my mother said, this world is going crazy.. I just hope I'm not turning into one of them..
We still have God who will always help us no matter what.. All we have to do is ask Him to help us & keep trying our best according to His way.. He promise He'll make a way for us.. Amen!!

TGIF is an initialism for the phrase Thank (God/Goodness/Gosh) It’s Friday.

History

Starting in the United States, it has become a common expression of relief at the end of the work week and anticipation of relaxing or partying over the weekend. The term was originated by the Akron, Ohio disk jockey Jerry Healy on radio station WAKR in the early 1970s. The phrase was further popularised by the 1978 movie starring Donna Summer, Thank God It’s Friday. The phrase has also become common for advertising and promotional materials. On college campuses beginning in the 1970s, the phrase (sometimes shortened to "TG") became associated with Friday afternoon beer parties, usually held outdoors.

KBBI mendefinisikan wirausahawan sebagai "orang yang pandai atau berbakat mengenali produk baru, menyusun cara baru dalam berproduksi, menyusun operasi untuk pengadaan produk baru, mengatur permodalan operasinya, serta memasarkannya."

Louis Jacques Filion menggambarkan wirausahawan sebagai orang yang imajinatif, yang ditandai dengan kemampuannya dalam menetapkan sasaran serta dapat mencapai sasaran-sasaran itu. Ia juga memiliki kesadaran tinggi untuk menemukan peluang-peluang dan membuat keputusan.
